**Christmas Delivery Times** 

We recommend selecting the Express Postage from the 12th of December to ensure delivery in time for Christmas. Please note that Express Post during the holiday season can take 2-4 business days. 

Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia or Express Shipping for a $10 fee. We ask that you allow for items to be dispatched 2 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Sendle tracking number so you are able to follow the progress of your delivery.
We ask that you allow up to 10 business days to receive your order from the date of dispatch. Please note, that we are unable to control or compensate for unforeseeable delays caused by postal services.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to changes of mind. In the instance you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item please reach Customer Care at hello@guashashop.com.au - We will work hard to correct any issues.

Please Note: Our Gua Sha tools and Facial Rollers are hand-crafted from genuine natural stones and crystals. This can result in slight variations in colour, size, and shape. Any variations in the stone colour, texture, size and pattern are not considered defects and will not affect the functionality of the facial tool.
