Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia or Express Shipping for a $10 fee. We ask that you allow for items to be dispatched 2 business days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Please note that we are unable to control or compensate for unforeseeable delays caused by postal services.

Free Standard Shipping On All Orders  - Please allow 7-10 Business Days for delivery.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Sendle tracking number which allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.
We ask that you allow up to 10 business days to receive your order from the date of dispatch. 

Express Shipping - $10 - Please Allow 1-3 days Business Days for delivery from the date of dispatch. We send all Express Parcels through Australia Post  

Returns

Due to the personal nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. In the instance you have received a damaged product or an incorrect item please reach Customer Care at hello@guashashop.com.au - We will work hard to correct any issues.

Please Note: Our Gua Sha tools and Facial Rollers are hand-crafted from genuine natural stones and crystals. This can result in slight variations in colour, size, and shape. Any variations in the stone colour, texture, size and pattern are not considered defects and will not affect the functionality of the facial tool.
