We dispatch all orders within 2 business days of purchase. While we work hard to get your items out quickly, please note we cannot control or compensate for unforeseen delays by Australia Post. 

You will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Time: Up to 2 business days.
Delivery Time: 2-10 business days after dispatch.
All orders are dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia.

SA: 1-3 business days
VIC: 2-7 business days
QLD: 4-10 business days
NSW: 2-7 business days
ACT: 3-7 business days

Express Shipping ($10 Flat Fee)
Dispatch Time: We'll do our best to dispatch your order within 24 hours, but please allow up to 2 business days.
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Carrier: All Express parcels are sent via Australia Post.

Returns and Cancellations Policy 

Change of Mind 

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot exchange or refund items for change-of-mind.

Cancelling an order

If wish to cancel an order or swap a product, please contact us at hello@guashashop.com.au within an hour of placing your order. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged product or the incorrect item, please email hello@guashashop.com.au within two business days of receiving your order. We're committed to resolving issues promptly, and we will respond to your query within two business days.

Our Gua Sha tools and Facial Rollers are hand-crafted from genuine natural stones and crystals. This means slight variations in colour, size, and shape are completely normal and not considered defects. These natural characteristics will not affect the functionality of your facial tool.
