It is important to use gentle, feather like strokes one delicate areas such as the eyes, throat and the sides if the neck.You can use a firmer pressure on the jawline, forehead and back of the neck.
Note: It is important to never dig or pull on the skin with your tool. The Gua Sha should glide with ease and sit almost flat against the skin.
It is safe to use your Gua Sha and facial roller daily as part of your morning or evening skin care routine.
For optimal results, we recommend a minimum of three to five times per week.
Clean your gua sha tool/facial roller after each use with warm water and gentle soap or face cleanser. To protect your tool from breakage, we recommend returning to the care pouch for safe keeping.
